LIFE IN THE CYCLADES ISLANDS

Cyclades Archipels of Greece, have about 250 islands, with only 24 inhabited.

The most famous island group in the Aegean Sea are some of the most beautiful islands in the world!
Gorgeous sandy beaches, architecture in white and blue, traditional lifestyle, folk music, warm, hospitable people and barren landscapes with isolated chapels turn a trip to the Cyclades into a lifetime experience, in the most secure place in Europe!

From Athens, it is easy to reach the Cyclades. Just a  few hours by ferry or few minutes by plane. All these Greek islands provide amazing holiday destinations for romantic couples, groups of friends or families.
Santorini and Mykonos are the most popular islands  and the top destinations in Greece generally.
Some other famous islands: Paros,(that’s our place), Naxos,(you can see the light far away, from our windows),  Ios and Sifnos, (both can be seen sometimes, from some spot in the south west of Paros).
The rest of the islands are less popular but as much beautiful.
This island are famous for  amazing beaches, unique architecture, whitewashed sugar houses, the blue windows and  windmills.

We moved to the Greek islands about 2 years ago, my wife, and our  3 and 5 years old boys.
Living here, is a blessing each day.
Islanders are wonderful people.
Foreigners that live here, found the peace and chilling atmosphere, just perfect to raise theirs children.
No violence, no crime of any kind, no stress, no pollution, no industrial food.
Cheerful people living in some of the most beautiful place on earth.

You must have some sort of financial freedom in order to live here, other ways, you got to be prepared to live as local, and it could be somehow discomfort at the beginning for europeans, living in big cities.
Opening a business of some sort, can be very discouraging also, if you’re not prepared for a quiet and lonely winter with not much money in case you had a bad season.
Most of the islanders, who work with tourism, will have to count on a good season in order to have a good winter, and it is not always the case.

If you’re a network marketer, an entrepreneur, then you will find the perfect place, both for a living, and the time to spend on your business and family all together.

With my wife, we both work in network marketing, while our kids playing around us on the sandy beaches. We are united like we could never have been, back in Paris, where, we hardly spent a couple of hours each night after work/school, but you know that, don’t you?

For the last 2 years, we created dreams, joy, happiness, treasuring our everyday life with our kids.
We have never-ending plans for the future, building each day, one step closer to what we want to achieve for us tomorrow.

I discover so much about myself in this last 2 years, more than in the past years of my life. Having the time to live is priceless, and gives you the possibility to grow, to engage yourself with others, to slowly break all the fences that was taking you away from the best of you, and what you can really achieve with all the new people that you meet.
You’re finally out of your comfort zone, and get in the place where everything become possible.

Nothing’s fixed, every thing moves, we are free to go wherever we feel like.
We are happy here, but nothing will ever stops us to go away a few month to another country, or traveling a few weeks to some different islands. Every day’s freedom  let our mind wondering as close as possible to the energy of life, creating a faithful trust in the way we chose to live.

I believe that we’re in a start of a new dawn, that the best of us, still to come, and that our life is not at the fullest at all. The future will bring it’s load of happiness, and amazing experiences.
We are preparing our kids for a happy life, fueled with freedom, trust, and caring for each others.

The Cyclades, and Greek ’s experience,in general, have been so far the best for us, and we all wish you to come over and experience yourself some never-ending memories for you and you family.
